Workday HCM Manager

Achievers is hiring a Workday HCM Manager to lead the implementation of Workday as a unified global HR system. The successful candidate will develop partnerships, build the Workday operating model, and lead security-first release readiness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Workday management experience with hands-on configuration in Core HCM plus 2+ areas
• Proven ownership of an enhancement backlog and Tier-3 troubleshooting
• Deep Workday security/permissioning expertise
• Experience leading Workday bi-annual release readiness
• Workday Pro Certified in Platform Admin, HCM Core + 2+ functional areas
