They are seeking dynamic, bilingual insurance sales representatives to connect with homeowners and drive sales growth through expert consultations.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of P&C insurance experience
• Prior sales experience (homeowners and call center preferred)
• Active P&C licensure within your current state of residence
• Outstanding communicator with a natural ability to build relationships and gain trust
• Proven track record as a closer with strong negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented focus
• Ability to adhere to metrics, schedules, and training protocols
• Proficiency in CRM systems and telephone software
• Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
