Requirements

• 6+ months of P&C insurance experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Prior sales experience (even if not recent) preferred.
• Active P&C licensure within current state of residence.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong negotiation and self-motivation.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and telephone software.
