Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree; Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Data Science, or related field preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in management consulting, insights, marketing, analytics, or strategy roles within the CPG or related industries.
• Proven success in leading global insights, marketing or growth functions and delivering business impact.
• Experience working across multiple categories and international markets, with exposure to US, China, Indonesia, Australia, South Korea, and Brazil.
