Senior Continuous Improvement Consultant

Senior Continuous Improvement Consultant to deliver better care for billions of people around the world. This role involves providing expert guidance in Continuous Improvement/Lean/Six Sigma across the delivery center and teaching and coaching continuous improvement to adopt the CI mindset across the GBS organization.

Requirements

• Lean and/or Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (or equivalent experience)
• 12 years of professional experience (preferably in GBS/Shared Services)
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar position focused on business and non-manufacturing issues (services, finance, HR)
• Bachelor’s degree in any business-related field (Finance, Economics, Management, etc.)
• Proficient English speaker; local regional language would be a plus
