Kensington is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Associate to support our growing Cruise division.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or campaign management (travel/hospitality industry a plus).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing (email, social, web).
- Good knowledge of geography and a basic understanding of cruise products strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts, data organization).
- HubSpot experience strongly preferred (or similar CRM/automation platform).
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter who is comfortable working independently, while also collaborating across teams.
