Cruise Expert

Kensington delivers personalized travel experiences through local private guides. We're seeking a Cruise Expert to consult, plan, and sell cruise & land travel to high-end customers.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of extensive experience with cruise sales using a consultative sales approach
• Proven ability to be resourceful and to learn new systems
• Strong attention to detail, being highly organized, and showing the ability to multitask
• Experience in building FIT packages servicing high-touch clientele
• Knowledge of cruising and cruise lines within the European and North American markets
• Experience in meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
• Expert in client relationship building, specifically with high-touch clients
• Ability to resolve problems independently in a timely manner
