Supervisor, Care Center (Baltimore)

The Supervisor, Care Center will assist the Manager in daily operations, focusing on overseeing the day-to-day supervision of Care Center Specialists and Care Center Specialist II. Responsibilities include providing training, supervising staff, analyzing patient needs, and maintaining the quality improvement program. The role requires collaboration with various staff and clinical stakeholders, and will primarily operate within the Baltimore, MD location.

Requirements

• BA/BS in human services related field or health care administration
• 5 years satisfactory working experience in registration, scheduling, coordinating and operating patient services systems
• 4 years experience coordinating and operating patient systems
• 2 years experience managing clinical operations
