The Supervisor, Care Center will assist the manager in daily operations, overseeing the day-to-day supervision of Care Center Specialists and Care Center Specialist II. Emphasis is placed on adhering to high standards of customer service.
Requirements
- 5 years satisfactory working experience in registration, scheduling, coordinating and operating patient services systems in a clinical setting
- 4 years experience coordinating and operating patient systems
- 2 years experience managing clinical operations
- Proficient with MS Office Suite including Excel, Access and Word
- Experience with SIMS, Scheduling System Software and Groupwise
