Supervisor - Care Center

The Supervisor, Care Center will assist the manager in daily operations, overseeing the day-to-day supervision of Care Center Specialists and Care Center Specialist II. Emphasis is placed on adhering to high standards of customer service.

Requirements

• 5 years satisfactory working experience in registration, scheduling, coordinating and operating patient services systems in a clinical setting
• 4 years experience coordinating and operating patient systems
• 2 years experience managing clinical operations
• Proficient with MS Office Suite including Excel, Access and Word
• Experience with SIMS, Scheduling System Software and Groupwise
