CAD/CAM Manufacturing Engineer - CNC Programmer

Keller Technology Corporation (KTC) is seeking a highly motivated CAD/CAM Manufacturing Engineer - CNC Programmer to work directly with the machining department in Buffalo, NY. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of advanced programming techniques for multi-axis machine tools and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Evaluate projects for appropriate tooling requirements
• Prepare and monitor shop floor machining process data collection
• Generate machining process plans
• Prepare 3D Modeling of parts, fixtures, setups, and tooling
• Utilize Vericut toolpath verification and optimization
• Read and thoroughly understand Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) on engineering drawings
