CNC Programmer Machinist

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer Machinist to join our growing manufacturing team. This role works closely with engineers and designers to prototype, iterate, and scale precision components in a fast-moving R&D and production environment.

Requirements

• Program, set up, and operate CNC milling equipment
• Develop toolpaths using Fusion CAM, Mastercam, or equivalent software
• Review drawings and 3D CAD models to verify tooling and machining strategy
• Collaborate with engineering to improve part design for manufacturability
• Machine complex components to tight tolerances and surface finish requirements
• Operate multiple CNC machines to meet production and prototype timelines
• Inspect parts using appropriate precision measuring instruments
• Maintain equipment, tooling, and preventative maintenance schedules
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain organized work areas
• Support material sourcing through quote requests, purchase requests, and receiving
