Senior Project Manager - High Rise at Kaufman Lynn Construction: Manage administrative and technical requirements, supervise activities, and maintain focus on meeting customer needs and expectations.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years experience in Lead Project Manager role managing large-scale condo or multifamily projects
- Multifamily, senior living, and/or high rise experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or experience equivalent
- Ability to perform financial analysis; draft and understand contracts
- Ability to manage a team, resolve disputes and foresee potential cost or schedule issues
