Senior Superintendent - High Rise

Senior Superintendents are responsible for the project's success through scheduling, quality control, and minimizing warranty call backs at Kaufman Lynn.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent on large-scale commercial construction projects
• High rise experience required
• Familiarity with Procore preferred
• Ability to understand contracts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
