Job Description
Kate Farms is seeking a Creative Director to lead their in-house Creative & Content Studio. This role shapes the visual direction, voice, and brand experience across all touchpoints for both medical sales and marketing materials. The ideal candidate will be a visionary builder, leading a team and managing agencies to create compelling content while adhering to a high standard of clinical relevance. The Director will drive creative excellence, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Requirements
- 10+ years of creative/design leadership experience in both consumer and healthcare/medical marketing.
- Proven track record of building, mentoring, and scaling creative teams.
- Portfolio showcasing breakthrough storytelling.
- Hands-on creative expertise with strategic vision.
- Experience with FDA regulations and medical device/food advertising compliance (preferred).
- Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and creators (strong judgment skills are essential).
