B2B Sales Manager (w/m/d)

As a Sales Manager with a focus on Qualification Chance Act (QCG), you will be responsible for systematic new customer acquisition and consulting in the SME sector. You will be the central point of contact for HR managers and CEOs, opening doors, building relationships, and accompanying companies in using state-funded further education successfully.

Requirements

• Confident and professional appearance on decision-maker level (HR, management)
• Strong Hunter mentality with high goal orientation and closing strength
• Very good communicative and advisory skills, especially in dealing with SME customers
• Understanding or high willingness to learn about labor market-related funding instruments (in particular, Qualification Chance Act and education voucher)
• Maker personality who enjoys opening doors and building new customer relationships
• Work structured, binding, and goal-oriented
• Close deals independently and take responsibility for results
