As a network manager for karriere tutor, you are responsible for the strategic development of labor market policy partnerships. You represent your location externally, build sustainable relationships with relevant contact persons, and ensure that our further education offers are optimally placed and known in your region.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or studies
- Experience in cooperation with the employment agency and/or job center
- Very good understanding of labor market structures
- Experience in networking, stakeholder management, or key account-like roles
- High social competence & authentic appearance
- Strong network and contact strength
- Strategic thinking and the ability to recognize needs quickly
- Joy in representing and presenting
- Team player, but with strong initiative
- Reliability and professionalism in dealing with authority partners
- High travel readiness throughout Germany
- Very good German language skills in word and writing (C1 or higher)
- Driver's license class B
