Job Description
Kanopi Studios is seeking a WordPress Engineer to build, maintain, and enhance WordPress websites for mission-driven clients. The role involves collaboration with project managers, technical leads, and designers, focusing on delivering secure and accessible digital experiences. Requirements
- 3+ years of professional WordPress development experience.
- Strong understanding of WordPress architecture and modern WordPress principles.
- Proficient with React and Next.js (a plus).
- Experience with composer, Docker, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with WordPress VIP, WPEngine, or Pantheon (a plus).
