Manual QA Analyst

We are seeking a Manual QA Analyst with a strong understanding of accounting/finance to join our team. The role focuses on owning the testing lifecycle for product features, ensuring accuracy, stability, and compliance, including testing financial calculations and reporting. The candidate should combine manual testing with accounting work to validate business-critical features.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of manual QA experience, preferably in finance, accounting, or ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of accounting concepts (ledgers, invoices, reconciliations, financial reporting).
• Proven ability to design and execute regression and sanity test suites.
• Skilled in documenting and maintaining test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
• Experience working with Jira (or similar tools) for issue tracking and test management.
• Strong communication skills to explain issues in both business and technical language.
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering bug-free releases.
