Manual QA Analyst

We are seeking a Manual QA Analyst with accounting/finance domain knowledge to join our team. The role focuses on testing all product features, ensuring accuracy, stability, and compliance across both business and accounting modules. The ideal candidate will combine manual testing expertise with understanding of accounting workflows to validate features and safeguard product quality.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of manual QA experience, preferably in finance, accounting, or ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of accounting concepts (ledgers, invoices, reconciliations, financial reporting)
• Proven ability to design and execute regression and sanity test suites
• Skilled in documenting and maintaining test plans, test cases, and defect reports
• Experience working with Jira (or similar tools) for issue tracking and test management
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
