Senior Manager – Human Resources

The Senior Manager – Human Resources plays a key role in supporting the establishment and ongoing operation of the HR function at Kai Tak Sports Park, responsible for end-to-end HR operations, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, and Casual Staffing.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; professional HR qualifications (e.g. CIPD, SHRM) are an advantage.
• Minimum 8–10 years of broad HR generalist experience, with demonstrated experience operating at a senior or managerial level within complex organisations.
• Solid knowledge of Hong Kong employment legislation, HR best practices, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Strong experience in recruitment, workforce planning, and staffing operations, including exposure to casual or event-based workforce models.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems and data management, such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms, including reporting and data analysis.
