Senior HR and Admin Officer

Senior HR and Admin Officer responsible for facilitating efficient HR operations, managing employee lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. The role involves managing the online and offline recruitment process, payroll processing, MPF administration, tax reporting, and employee benefits. The Senior HR and Admin Officer will also maintain and enhance the HR database and HRIS system, prepare HR analytics and reports, and oversee daily office operations.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Independent, proactive, detail-minded, and capable of handling confidential information
• Proficient in BambooHR and Google Workplace
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong labor laws and compliance requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
