Job Description
Manage daily operations of Kai Tak Gallery, including coordination with external parties and staff management. Responsible for developing and implementing aspects of gallery development, project managing pop-up exhibitions, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree holder with minimum 5 years experience in Retail, Gallery, Exhibition or Event Management
- Strong project management and team skills with ability to work with tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Problem-solving and prioritization skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge on POS system and retailing operation (advantageous)
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
- Self-motivated, responsible, driven, resourceful and a good team player
