Behavior Management Monitor

We are seeking a Behavior Management Monitor to support our clients in achieving their goals through personalized behavior plans. The successful candidate will have a passion for helping others and be able to work collaboratively with a team to deliver trauma-informed care.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age
• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, ABA, Education or related field
• A minimum of one year of experience in counseling, functional behavior assessment, data tracking and implementation of behavioral interventions
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Familiarity with technology and a willingness to learn different electronic systems
• Knowledge of various behavioral health treatment modalities for children and families
• Maintain a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
