Assistant Residential Supervisor

We are looking for an Assistant Residential Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Littleton Academy, a residential treatment setting for latency-aged students. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring program safety and compliance, supporting the professional development of Residential Counselors, and supporting staff and programming.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age
• Residential program or mental health facility experience required
• Supervisory experience in Mental Health facility required
• Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting students is required
• Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required
