Job Description
As an Account Executive / Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across Canada by selling research, data, benchmarking, and subscription-based insights used by senior leaders to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience
- Proven success in outbound new business development
- Experience selling intangible or non-tangible solutions, such as SaaS or subscription services, data, analytics, or research, consulting or advisory solutions
- Strong discovery, storytelling, and objection-handling skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and effective in a remote environment
- Experience using CRM systems and modern sales tools
Benefits
- Base salary in the range of $70,000 to $78,500 CAD
- Uncapped commission (paid quarterly)
- On-target earnings (Year 1): $100,000 – $120,000
