Job Description
JumpCloud is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide critical support to our leadership and teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional communication skills, and is adept at using technology to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar support role, preferably within a fast-growing, international technology company.
- Expertise with Google Workspace (G-Suite), particularly Google Calendar for complex, multi-time zone scheduling.
- Proficiency with video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of global staff and external partners/customers.
