Requirements
- 1+ year of serving experience in upscale casual, casual-fine, or fine dining (or equivalent hospitality role)
- Strong communication, guest-recovery, and teamwork skills; calm under pressure
- Working knowledge of POS systems (e.g., MICROS/Toast) and reservations platforms (e.g., Resy/SevenRooms)
- Food Handler and Responsible Alcohol Service certifications (or ability to obtain)
- Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to learn and retain detailed menu/beverage knowledge
