The allectio consulting group is looking for a sales leader to strengthen their leadership team, build and lead a team of freelance sales partners, and expand the sales area.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the service or consulting industry
• Proven leadership experience in building or managing external sales teams
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high self-motivation, and result orientation
• Strong communication skills and a structured, solution-oriented working method
• Willingness to work solely on a performance-based basis (self-employment/freelance)
