We are currently looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer in the United States. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on cybersecurity professional to lead the design and implementation of advanced security measures in a fast-growing healthcare technology environment.
Requirements
- Design and implement layered security architectures across cloud (Azure), on-premises, and hybrid environments.
- Manage and optimize tools including Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Entra (Azure AD), Zscaler, Proofpoint, Rapid7, and BeyondTrust.
- Oversee incident detection, triage, and response using SIEM and threat intelligence platforms.
- Lead vulnerability management efforts, maintaining risk registers and coordinating remediation with internal teams and MSSPs.
- Administer identity and access management solutions (PIM, BeyondTrust), enforcing least privilege and zero-trust principles.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and NIST CSF standards through audits and continuous improvement.
- Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Python) to streamline monitoring, reporting, and SOAR workflows.
- Participate in governance activities, including architecture reviews and change advisory boards.
