Principle Site Reliability Engineer (Remote - US)

We are looking for a Principal Site Reliability Engineer to maintain and enhance the reliability, performance, and scalability of critical enterprise systems. This role combines hands-on technical work with strategic architecture discussions, providing opportunities to influence platform design, implement automation, and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 8–10+ years of professional experience in coding, designing, developing, and analyzing enterprise systems
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, APIs, relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience with public/private clouds, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible), and container orchestration (OpenShift, Kubernetes, AWS EKS)
• Strong knowledge of DevOps, GitOps, monitoring, and automation practices
• Ability to work independently on complex problems, influence architecture decisions, and mentor team members
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
