The Advocacy & Customer Marketing Specialist II will support marketing initiatives with a focus on advocacy marketing and customer marketing, creating content and managing online communities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years’ experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other desktop applications
- Working knowledge of social media platforms
- Experience in marketing automation and CRM platforms (ex: HubSpot and Salesforce.com)
- Relationship building
- Diligent work ethic and strong organizational skills
- Willingness to undertake a wide range of tasks to complete projects on deadline.
- Demonstrated project management skills
