The role involves setting up and deploying automated and ad hoc direct mail, email, and SMS journeys, as well as analyzing performance and making strategic improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Adobe suite training, Salesforce suite training, HTML, CSS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
- 2 – 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign execution and optimization
- Strong understanding of email, SMS, and digital marketing systems and strategies
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for email template customization
