Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled maintenance professional with exceptional customer service skills and a can-do attitude to perform various maintenance tasks throughout the Riverwalk Innovation District.

Requirements

• Willingness to travel to additional Lupoli Companies properties
• Experience in residential and/or commercial building maintenance
• Technical, vocational, or hands-on experience in minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and routine preventative maintenance
• Excellent customer service skills and proficiency in English
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and electronic work order/preventative maintenance systems
• Valid and reliable driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
