Maintenance Tech is a hands-on, full-time position responsible for maintaining all physical and mechanical aspects of the property.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of experience as a maintenance technician or equivalent role is required.
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of houses and buildings.
