Job Description
JE Dunn is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead all aspects of complex or multiple projects. Requirements
- Manage safety culture and investigate safety incidents.
- Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
- Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-perform work.
- Coordinate project site care and control.
- Manage project budget, costs, and documentation.
- Manage timecard approval and quality compliance.
- Manage materials and equipment needs.
