• Leads all aspects of safety culture and creates awareness
• Manages subcontractors and organization of the overall job and workflow
• Coordinates and manages project site care, custody and control
• Manages timecard approval process and project budgets
• Creates, manages, changes and implements project schedule
• Evaluates progress and makes adjustments
• Manages material and equipment needs
• Collaborates with project management
• Manages team, client, and stakeholder relationships
• Knowledge of project processes
