Job Description
You'll support the Credit Control Manager in optimising the company’s credit control function to protect cash flow, reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and minimise bad debt. You will play a key role in contributing to our Company Values and build strong relationships with customers and sales team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in supervising credit control or accounts receivables
- Strong knowledge of credit control principles, practices and regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate financial information, perform risk assessments and make informed credit decisions
- Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP's and pivot tables
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively resolve conflicts
- Experience with SAP
- Experience in using AI in business environment would be advantageous
