JBS Australia is seeking a Wellbeing & Return to Work Coordinator to coordinate the rehabilitation and timely return to work of injured employees, and to promote injury prevention and health and wellbeing across the site.
Requirements
- Allied Health qualification - Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Occupational Therapist or similar
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- High level of integrity and discretion
- Recent demonstrated experience in Injury and Workers Compensation Claims Management
- Understanding of relevant worker's compensation legislation and industry best practice
- Strong planning and time management skills with ability to prioritise effectively
- Ability to influence, engage and work collaboratively with diverse groups of internal & external stakeholders
