JBS Australia is seeking a Safety & Wellbeing Coordinator to support workplace health and safety processes, rehabilitation, and return-to-work activities at the Riverina Plant.
Requirements
- Experience in an allied health background (advantageous)
- Formal qualifications in WHS, RTW, or related discipline (advantageous)
- Previous experience in injury management and/or workers compensation
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Adaptability to different environments and situations
- Knowledge of manufacturing hazards, ideally in food production
- Experience in risk assessment, incident investigations, and injury management
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail
