People & Culture Administrator

We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Administrator to join the Dinmore Plant HR Team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the site P&C team, ensuring efficient handling of employee records, recruitment processes and general enquiries.

Requirements

• Previous experience in HR/P&C administration (ideally 1+ years)
• Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Ability to manage general enquiries over the phone and in person
• Ability to interpret industrial instruments and Government Legislation
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Ability to manage own time and prioritise tasks
• Intermediate computer literacy skills specifically within MS Excel
