We are excited to launch an extensive search for an outstanding Head of People & Culture to lead and support our Dinmore Plant, our largest and most significant facility within JBS Australia. This role partners with site leadership to deliver people strategies that drive engagement, capability, and performance, while ensuring compliance with industrial relations and workplace health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
- Extensive experience in HR operations, HR compliance or a related HR function
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and labour management, employee lifecycle processes and HR best practices
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to provide guidance to HR teams and support senior management
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in processing, compliance, and employee data management
- Demonstrated problem solving skills including identifying and resolving HR operational challenges
