HR & Compliance Business Partner

JBS Australia's Southern Division has an exciting opportunity for a HR & Compliance Business Partner to join their dedicated team at the Yambinya Feedlot, near Burraboi, NSW. The successful candidate will help ensure HR practices and WHS protocols are compliant, effective, and aligned with industry standards, contributing to a safe, engaged, and high-performing workforce.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, WHS, or a related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in HR and/or WHS roles, preferably in agricultural, feedlot, or manufacturing settings
• Proficient in HRIS and WHS systems
• Strong understanding of employment law and WHS legislation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
• Ability to influence, engage, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
