Senior Accounts Payable Officer

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Payable Officer to manage the accounts payable function. The role focuses on timely and accurate invoice processing, supplier relationship management, and ensuring financial integrity. Requirements

• Oversee the complete accounts payable process, including invoice verification, processing, and payment.
• Review and approve invoices and expenses for accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payments.
• Prepare and process payment runs, ensuring timely payments to vendors.
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable, including reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to junior accounts payable staff.
• Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems, with advanced Excel skills.
