Job Description
This position is for a Senior Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant responsible for overseeing the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice review, coding, posting, and payment processing. The role requires ensuring timely reconciliation of vendor statements, compliance with tax regulations, and coordination with procurement teams to resolve billing and payment issues. The position also supports monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings.
Requirements
- Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of vendor statements.
- Monitor aging reports and ensure payments are made within agreed terms.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, tax regulations, and procurement policies.
- Coordinate with procurement, operations, and vendors to resolve billing and payment issues.
