We're seeking an experienced Partnership Lead to join our expanding Commercial team as we continue to grow and diversify our offerings in the UK market. In this role, you'll be responsible for the commercial and strategic success of a high-profile partnership with a global brand, supporting the launch of multiple co-branded propositions in the UK credit card space.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing co-branded or partnership credit card programmes in the UK, or relevant international markets.
- Strong background in marketing within regulated industries—ideally consumer credit—with a solid understanding of Financial Promotions regulations.
- Highly numerate, with the ability to interpret diverse data sources to build performance narratives and inform decision-making.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels, both internally and externally.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing large budgets and third-party relationships.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with a track record of delivering initiatives in fast-paced environments by coordinating across Product, Customer, Credit Risk, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and Finance teams.
