Job Description
The Director of Demand Generation is a strategic leadership role responsible for accelerating customer acquisition, pipeline growth, and market expansion through cross-departmental collaboration. The role involves developing and executing integrated, data-driven programs to drive revenue growth, improve funnel performance, and generate an outbound pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a closely related field
- Strategic and hands-on demand generation leader with deep expertise in marketing automation, ABM, and AI-powered workflows
- Proven track record in high-growth SaaS or tech environments
- Confident communicator with executive presence
- Proactive problem solver with strong analytical mindset
- Strong operator and project manager with ability to orchestrate complex campaigns
