Requirements

• 5+ years in healthcare executive search, talent acquisition, or healthcare leadership
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals and building trusted client relationships
• Skilled negotiator with deep understanding of healthcare trends and executive needs
• Proficient with search platforms, CRM tools (Bullhorn preferred), and MS Office
