A Grill Cook is accountable for preparing all meals quickly, efficiently, and to standard, maintaining grill cleanliness, and managing the flow of meals on the grill timely and effectively.
Requirements
- Report to work on time, well groomed and dressed in company-required dress code.
- Grill and work around high heat.
- Maintain food quality standards and proper food safety and sanitation standards.
- Execute closing procedures per company policy.
- Maintain inventory levels of all ingredients and sanitation standards of grill and adjacent areas.
