The Parts & Sales Representative is responsible for assisting dealers and customers in identifying and purchasing trailer parts and components. They will provide accurate information, conduct outreach calls, and manage inventory levels to support production and customer demand.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in parts sales, customer service, or a related role within manufacturing or automotive industries
- Strong knowledge of trailer parts, components, and systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computer systems, order entry software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to operate a cashier register
- Ability to operate a forklift (certification preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet sales and service goals
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and diagrams
