Warehouse Stocking - Team Lead

We are seeking a Warehouse Stocking - Team Lead to join our growing team. The Warehouse Stocking - Team Lead is responsible for helping plan, guide, and direct team members in an efficient and timely manner to meet the daily inventory replenishment demands, meet productivity expectations and work deadlines, handle administration duties, trouble shooting, problem solving, training with all team members.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of hands-on supervisory experience
• 1-year stocking/receiving experience
• High School Diploma/GED
• Read, write, and understand the English language (Spanish is a plus)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Good people skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate various materials handling equipment including fork trucks and pallet jacks
